What God Said About Daily Prayer
         “I make the day which has become night (dark) to break into the morning (n’eme chi jiri eji foo). Morning prayer, the first thing a person should do, is to bow down to the ground for me, and thank myself the Father in heaven who made it possible for him to remain alive (onye mere ka ndu foduru ya). Because the world is in blindness, they do not know anything about things of the spirit.

Why Prayer Should Be Your First Duty, Daily
         People should thank God for His goodness and protection. When people lie down to sleep:
  1. They do not know what happens around them.

  2. They do not know whether they shall wake up alive or dead.

  3. They do not know whether the house in which they are sleeping is on fire or not.

  4. They do not know whether the neighbours have ran away, leaving sleeping ones behind.

  5. During sleep, God sustains their lives.

  6. Then He protects them and their properties.

  7. He maintains their business ventures.

  8. Also He makes the air sufficient for breath and renews the body with life and strengths (ndu n’ume).

  9. Besides, he keeps the earth in its geographical positions, so that it does not go out of control into a catastrophe.

  10. And He maintains the orbits of the planetary bodies, so that none collides with another, which collision would crush all living things on earth and engulf them in a consuming fire.
